The research lab provides a controlled test environment and allows researchers to understand how users interact with the digital services they have built. Register now Program Overview Digital Transformation is percolating every aspect of business reality. 44% of the global population is connected to the Internet — 66% of which has purchased something online in a month’s time. In addition, digitalization is shortening the expected lifespan of business models. Traditional businesses were designed to last 20 years, digital-based businesses are expected to last 20 months. The Digital Transformation Lab addresses the challenge posed by digitalization to industries, organizations and managers. This challenge shows two complementary faces: Digital Transformation as an opportunity to explore new ways of growth of the current business as well as the generation of new business models under entirely new competitive assumptions Digital Transformation as an organizational test that has to be hurdled, adopting new organization structures, new models of customer relationships and the digital change management The Lab is a new breed of learning-by-doing program focused on providing guidance to specific problems faced by participants’ organizations. Every participant will be invited to share his/her own challenges related with digital transformation. During the program, a unique roadmap for each participant will be built, enabling him/her to: Take advantage of the new opportunities driven by the digital transformation process Lead the digital transformation of his/her organization in the strategic, tactical and operative dimensions Program Objectives Participants will be able to develop: A full understanding of the dynamics of digitalization A vision of the personal hurdles embedded in the digital transformation process Leadership capabilities focused on the digital transformation process A clear identification of the challenges that the participant’s organization is facing related to digitalization A holistic response to digitalization through a specific roadmap that provides guidance for the digital transformation of their organizations
